Powers & Responsibilities
Office of the President
- Holds overall strategic leadership of the organization
- Appoints Vice Presidents and senior leadership positions
- Serves as President for life unless resignation or incapacitation occurs
Human Resource Department
- Responsible for hiring and termination of staff
- Oversees performance management and professional standards
Directors & Office Bearers
- Serve a two-year term
- Eligible for reappointment
- Appointments may be terminated at any time due to non-performance or just cause
Political Neutrality
- The organization does not engage in partisan politics
- No endorsement of political candidates or parties
- Provides ethical and moral guidance to leaders across political lines
- Commends positive actions and addresses concerns when necessary
Amendments
