Powers & Responsibilities

Office of the President

  • Holds overall strategic leadership of the organization
  • Appoints Vice Presidents and senior leadership positions
  • Serves as President for life unless resignation or incapacitation occurs

Human Resource Department

  • Responsible for hiring and termination of staff
  • Oversees performance management and professional standards

Directors & Office Bearers

  • Serve a two-year term
  • Eligible for reappointment
  • Appointments may be terminated at any time due to non-performance or just cause

Political Neutrality

  • The organization does not engage in partisan politics
  • No endorsement of political candidates or parties
  • Provides ethical and moral guidance to leaders across political lines

Amendments
